The Entrepreneurial Mindset Profile (EMP) is an assessment tool designed to measure 14 key scales associated with successful entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial thinking. It was developed by the Eckerd College Leadership Development Institute, in partnership with the Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE).

The EMP assesses 14 dimensions, divided into two broad categories: personality traits and skills. 

The EMP helps entrepreneurs, leaders, and educators understand how their mindset aligns with the characteristics commonly found in successful entrepreneurs and provides targeted recommendations and resources for further development in these areas. 

During the Next Level Growth Retreat, you will receive:
- Your EMP assessment results
- Small-group coaching around interpreting and integrating your EMP assessment data
- An on-site 1:1 coaching session to explore results, align goals, and determine action steps for growth
- An 80-page EMP Development Guide with recommendations for developing each scale, supported with research-based reading materials. 

All EMP assessments, materials, and coaching will be administered by a certified Entrepreneurial Mindset Practitioner, Kelly Riordan. 

Yes, you will complete the Entrepreneurial Mindset Assessment in advance of the retreat so that your results can be shared and discussed during our time together.

Non-participant partners are also welcome & encouraged to join. We recognize this retreat is an opportunity for growth and relaxation, and would love to have your significant other be a part of that. Their special rate of $1600 covers accommodations, food, beverages, round-trip transportation between the resort and airport (CUN), and all group activities outside of the educational sessions!
